cour fédérale. La sentence ne pourra cependant être
exécutée qu’après transfert dans un état non abolitionniste ou
n’étant pas sous moratoire.
YES ! If you
are condemned by the federal court. Therefore you have to
be executed in a non abolitionist state were you have to be
previously transferred.
